How to reduce STRESS
Most of us don’t like what we do & have, leads us towards stress and anxiety.
Why don’t we enjoy what we have and pass our life in stress and pain ?
It’s our thought process that creates liking or disliking. All the movements and actions are the reflection of the state of mind. It is significant to focus on managing your state of mind rather being managed by them. Whenever you do any thing in your life, there can be three probable ways of doing your work:
Firstly, Do your work grudgingly and keep your body and mind under stress.
Secondly, Do your work with the sense of duty, you mind and body involved but your heart is not there.
Thirdly, Perform your job willingly with the sense of gratitude towards God, for finding the opportunity to serve with relaxed body and mind.
From all your simple routine work to complex task, if done with peaceful and relaxed body and mind will generate positive energy to drive the highest level of effectiveness, efficiency, performance along with peace of mind.
Consequently, you will feel positive energy. If you are energised, that energy will transmit into the people around you making the environment better for all the people around you. Overall, you will be able to keep yourself away from stress.
Sometimes people think continuous work, in spite of being tired and stressed, will yield benefits. May be, in the short run, it can give you benefits but it will certainly be detrimental in the long run. Specially it will dent your precious relationships and health. You find it very difficult come out of this state of mind when it is consistently present in your behaviour.
Now the question arises, how do you migrate from tensed and tired state of mind to happy & peaceful state of mind.
Change in thought Process
Nothing is everlasting, allow your traumatic thoughts to be transient. Focus on positive feelings and thoughts to generate positive feelings, and energy. Visualise the moments creating joy and engage yourself in relevant conversation to stimulate optimism and positivity.
Physiology
Practice Yoga to loosen your muscles, improve cognitive functions and stimulate blood flow. Take break from your routine schedule to rejuvenate your mind and soul.
Surroundings
Beautiful environment can shift your perspective. Indulge yourself in melodious music to invigorate reflection and reduce stress. Eliminate clutter from your surroundings to enhance focus and minimise anxiety.
Practice healthy routine
To maintain peaceful state of mind, eat balanced diet, practice yoga or exercise and take adequate sleep. Stick to healthy routine to keep yourself vitalise.
Stop grudging what you don’t possess
Don’t bother about what you don’t have, enjoy your work, life and everything whatever you have.
You can’t change your life, if you accept it with gratitude, you will enjoy the blissful life.
