Immunity can’t be made in a day. It is a continuous effort, it can be done by including few things in your everyday diet and regular exercise.
Boosting your immune system becomes more prominent during the rainy season. In the present scenario, when the world is fighting with the virus, keeping up immunity has become more important than ever.
We should develop a habit of raising our immunity and staying fit, I would be happy to share some items which should be included in your routine food along with exercise. Including them in your routine food along with proper exercise can bring the difference.
Start your day with green tea with the Tulsi flavor. Tulsi leaves are known for diverse healing properties. It helps in digestion, improves immunity, and has a strengthening effect on the Kidney. A refreshing cup of green tea has a calming effect.
Include aloe vera in your routine diet. Aloe Vera works wonders for metabolism and detoxification. it is power-packed with nutrients like vitamin C, E, and Beta carotenes and traces of B12. It is a rich source of minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. These minerals are extremely important to stay healthy which are generally missing in our routine food.
