Most of us don’t like what we do & have, leads us towards stress and anxiety. Why don’t we enjoy what we have and pass our life in stress and pain ? It’s our thought process that creates liking or disliking.   All the movements and actions are the reflection of the state of mind. It is significant to focus on managing your state of mind rather being managed by them. Whenever you do any thing in your life, there can be three probable ways of doing your work: Firstly,  Do your work grudgingly and keep your body and mind under stress. Secondly, Do your work with the sense of duty, you mind and body involved but your heart is not there. Thirdly, Perform your job willingly with the sense of gratitude towards God, for finding the opportunity to serve with relaxed body and mind.
